These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at scalesharp.ai and any related services provided by Scale Sharp LLC ("Scale Sharp," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website, submitting a form, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text message, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. ABOUT US
Scale Sharp LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York. We provide automated lead response and appointment booking services to home service and trades businesses, including automated text message follow-up with inbound leads and automated scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
3. OUR SERVICES
We provide implementation and ongoing service as described on our website and as agreed in writing with each client. Descriptions of services on this website are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and terms are set out in a separate written agreement between Scale Sharp LLC and the client.
We make no guarantee of any particular business result, revenue increase, lead volume, booking rate, or return on investment. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, and your team's follow-through.
4. CONTACTING US AND SUBMITTING INFORMATION
When you submit a form on our website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You may submit a contact form without agreeing to receive text messages. SMS consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of using our website or purchasing our services.
5. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
Program description. If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our contact form, Scale Sharp LLC may send you text messages to follow up on your inquiry, answer questions about our services, and schedule a consultation.
Consent. Consent is collected only through the unchecked consent checkbox on our web form. We do not purchase, rent, or import phone numbers from third parties, and we do not text anyone who has not affirmatively opted in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your responses. You will typically receive a small number of messages related to a single inquiry.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Scale Sharp LLC does not charge for text messages. Charges, if any, come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.
Opting out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. You may rejoin at any time by resubmitting the form.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. Message delivery is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use this website or our services to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or harvest data from the site by automated means.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Scale Sharp LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
